Bioware was nice enough to share with us 16 minutes of Dragon Age: Inquisition gameplay today by way of their E3 demo. The video is narrated Mike Laidlaw the creative director of the game and follows the party of heroes around the open world as they show off the game mechanics and gorgeous graphics.
Within the 16 minute video we are introduced to some of the characters in the upcoming RPG and shown more a more in depth look at how Dragon Age Inquisition’s battle system work. It’s easy to see that Bioware has put a lot of love and time into the new entry in the Dragon Age series. Characters look great, spells are gorgeous and the area that is shown off in the video is bigger than the entire Dragon Age Origins map. It’s really easy to get excited about this game while watching the video.
Bioware seems to have listened to the criticism that was bestowed upon Dragon Age II by fans and the game looks like it will be an RPG fans dream. With over 200 abilities, spells and upgrades to choose from, dragons to fight, a gigantic world and Bioware’s ability to craft amazing narrative Dragon Age: Inquisition is looking like it could be a great game.
You can watch the 16 minute demonstration below and Dragon Age: Inquisition will be released on October 7th. If you are as excited as I am that date can’t come soon enough.
